Food combinations
What to eat to reach the perfect ‘for my body’ weight?
First of all: it’s the combination of foods that you eat in one sitting that matters the most. Your body has a specific way on how it digests the energy you are putting in it. Here’s a little list on the most important food combination you should try to avoid the best you can:
-Fruits should not be combined with any other foods (even better, not even with other fruits). Try to eat them 30 minutes apart.
-Do not eat a concentrated protein(nuts, meat, eggs, cheese) and a concentrated carbohydrate (bread, cereals, potatoes, sweet fruits)
-Carbohydrate (bread, rice, pasta or potatoes)/protein foods (meat, eggs, cheese or nuts)and acid foods (lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits, pineapples, tomatoes or other sour fruits) should not be eaten at the same meal.
-Do not consume starch and sugars (Jellies, jams, fruit, butter, sugar, honey, syrups, molasses) together.
-Do not eat fats(cream, butter, oil, etc with meat, eggs, cheese, nuts etc) with proteins.
This might all look like a very complicated lifestyle, but it isn’t.
